We hope you are satisfied with your purchase but if you need to return an item, you can do that within 14 days from the date your parcel was dispatched. Please post the item in the original packaging with the labels attached. Postal cost of the returned items will be bourne by the buyer and refund will be issued on the receipt of the item by the seller.
Items made to order i.e.with lenght alterations or alike are not covered by the return policy as they are unique to the client who places the order.
Please return the item to us within 30 days from purchase if you have found a fault with the item. Please contact us by e-mail prior to returning the item. Please do not use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
If you’re a customer in the EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your order. This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order. You’ll need to email us with notice of your cancellation and we will advise oon how to return the item and obtain a return of cost.
HOW LONG WILL THE REFUND TAKE?
Normally, we will refund you within 21 days of the day that we email you to confirm that you are entitled for a refund. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period or is faulty.
Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
